Can’t hold her down…

Malala Yousefzai speaking at the UNSo as Malala Yousafza was going to school in Pakistan she, along with her friends, was shot. Malala Yousafza was shot in the head by the Taliban and survived. Not only did she survive, she went on the offensive against the Taliban and others who suppress women trying to get an education. On July 12, 2013, this 16 year old took her offensive fight to a new level when she spoke at the United Nations and gave a speech that was beyond her years (http://abcnews.go.com/WNT/video/malala-yousafzai-speaks-united-nations-19653978). What Malala has gone through is remarkable, but her decision to take action and fight for herself and for all girls and women like her is an amazing choice many beyond her 16 years of age do not choose.
